Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kanz1 ("kanz1", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any feature of kanz1.onl, you confirm that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kanz1 platform. Access to kanz1.onl and all its features is conditional on acceptance of and compliance with these Terms at all times.

To register and use kanz1, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing kanz1 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.

kanz1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including CNIC copies and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kanz1 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. kanz1 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

• Do not share your login details with anyone else, including family members.
• Do not allow any third party to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

kanz1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. All bets placed from your account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — are considered your responsibility unless you have notified kanz1 of a security breach before those bets were placed.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact kanz1 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze while the investigation is underway.

All deposits on kanz1 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant processing, minimum PKR 200, maximum PKR 50,000 per transaction.
• Easypaisa — instant processing, minimum PKR 200, maximum PKR 50,000 per transaction.
• Raast — processed within minutes, minimum PKR 500, maximum PKR 200,000.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — processed within 24 hours, minimum PKR 1,000, maximum PKR 500,000.

kanz1 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside kanz1's control. Funds deposited to kanz1 are used for gaming purposes only and are not held in client money accounts for regulatory purposes.

Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted. Third-party deposits will be returned where possible and the account may be flagged for review. You must only use payment methods you own and are authorised to use.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit, particularly for the first cashout request. Subsequent withdrawals may use alternative supported methods subject to verification requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 (JazzCash / Easypaisa).
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000 (Raast / Bank Transfer).
• Verified accounts receive priority processing — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 1–4 hours.
• Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.

Only real-money balances are withdrawable. Bonus balances must meet applicable wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable real money. kanz1 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.

The name on your withdrawal account must exactly match the name registered on your kanz1 account. Mismatched names will result in the withdrawal being held for manual verification, which adds processing time.

kanz1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and special event promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as PSL and T20 internationals. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance portion of your kanz1 account, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional timeframe stated in each offer. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game types or betting markets. These restrictions are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• kanz1 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Attempting to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

The following rules govern sports betting activity on kanz1, including cricket, football and esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kanz1 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical error or voiding events.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Odds may change before confirmation — the final odds shown on your bet slip at the point of confirmation are what apply.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. kanz1 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time, particularly during critical match moments in live cricket or football.
• Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to your account unless a specific cricket or sports rule provides otherwise (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis in rain-affected T20 matches).
• kanz1 reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict access to specific markets for any player without prior notice or explanation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. The platform's displayed maximum payout for each market type is the final liability for that bet.

PSL and T20 international cricket markets are among kanz1's most active. Specific cricket betting rules — including how rain interruptions, super overs and abandoned matches are handled — are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Help Centre.

All casino and bingo games on kanz1 are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams. The following rules apply across all casino and bingo products:

• Casino and bingo games are subject to the house edge inherent in each game's mathematical design. kanz1 does not guarantee any outcome and the platform has no ability to influence game results.
• Bingo games are operated under specific room rules displayed before you purchase tickets. Room rules cover ticket price, jackpot structure, full-house rules and chat game participation.
• Live casino games are subject to table minimums and maximums which may vary by table and time of day. These limits are displayed at the table before you join.
• Technical failures during a game session — including connection drops mid-spin or mid-hand — are handled according to the platform's technical failure policy, which prioritises a fair resolution based on the game state at the time of the failure.
• Suspected manipulation of casino or bingo game software — including the use of exploits, bots or third-party tools — will result in immediate account suspension and loss of all balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kanz1 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or under false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, incorrectly displayed markets or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain. Such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed specifically to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties, whether family members or otherwise.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, bingo or any other multi-player game format.
• Using a VPN, proxy or any tool to disguise your actual location or identity.
• Money laundering, including using kanz1 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism for moving funds of illegitimate origin.

kanz1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure for responsible gaming reasons.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach by the player (for example, at the player's own request), any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification being complete.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kanz1 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play during a breach period will be forfeited.

kanz1 is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages responsible play. The platform is for adult entertainment only and is not intended as a source of income, financial planning tool or solution to financial difficulty.

• Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits via their account settings. These tools are available to every registered adult player.
• Self-exclusion options are available for players who feel they need a break from gaming. Self-exclusion can be temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent.
• kanz1 does not offer credit facilities and will never encourage players to wager beyond their stated limits.
• Players who believe their gaming habits are causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools and to seek support through appropriate personal channels.

kanz1 collects and processes personal data to operate the platform and provide services to registered players. This includes registration information, transaction data and gaming activity records. By registering, you consent to kanz1 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data subject to kanz1's data retention obligations and legitimate business interests.

kanz1 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for consistent uptime and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Planned or unplanned platform maintenance or downtime.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Device-level failures or incompatibility with the player's hardware.
• Actions taken by payment providers outside kanz1's direct control.
• Events outside kanz1's reasonable control including force majeure events.

In all cases, kanz1's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. kanz1 accepts no liability for consequential, indirect or special damages of any kind.

kanz1 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kanz1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of kanz1.onl following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. This page always displays the most current version of the Terms, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
